We are excited to announce the completion of a series of cutting-edge experiments conducted at the G Dev development laboratory in Nacka Strand. These trials successfully captured carbon dioxide through spray scrubbing under controlled laboratory conditions. The capture efficiency was analyzed using a newly designed laboratory spray tower, with gas concentrations carefully monitored throughout the process.
Additionally, advanced visualization of gas/liquid droplet flows was performed using laser techniques, further examining spray patterns and droplet size distributions from various nozzle types. The impact of these variables on CO2 absorption has provided valuable insights.
These promising results bolster G Dev’s confidence in developing a highly efficient CO2-capturing technology, paving the way for more sustainable solutions in carbon reduction.
